This summit is designed to strengthen the capacity of ONA grassroots members and leaders to support their mental health within their workplaces, Bargaining Units and beyond. The program will focus on building skills in braver conversations, conflict navigation and repair, psychological safety, and collective approaches to mental health in the workplace.
There are 90 spaces available, and all ONA members, from very experienced leaders to grassroots members, are encouraged to apply.

2026 Leadership Mental Health Summit – Expression of Interest

- Location: Oakwood Resort, Grand Bend
- Dates: September 21–25, 2026
- Program timing: Begins Monday at noon and concludes Friday at approximately 1200 hrs
- EOI Deadline: June 4, 2026 at 1200 hrs
- Notification: Applicants will be advised of their status by June 16, 2026
Participants will arrive on Monday, September 21 and depart on Friday, September 25. Requests for additional accommodation outside of these dates can be directed to eventregistration@ona.org and will be reviewed by the Vice-President with the Member Education and Events Portfolios.
