As one chapter closes, another begins. Michelle, Diego, Patric, Steph, Nisha and Anh wish you all a happy and healthy new year. This past year has seen so many new things for us to learn and do to support ONA55 and we couldn't do what we do without YOU! We appreciate your patience, your kindness, and your insight into the unique work you do across your bargaining units.
Let us be fierce and fight for what is important and will serve our profession and the community we care for - 2025 could see us bringing in nurse to patient ratios if we ensure decision makers at all levels hear and see us. I hope you will be standing with ONA leaders when we take on that fight - we can't do it alone.
As 2024 concludes, let's embrace the lessons it brought, and may 2025 be a blank canvas for new achievements and joys.
