There will be a provincial election this fall for the positions on the ONA Board of Directors, and for First VP and President. This is YOUR opportunity to choose the people who lead our union and make decisions to help improve our union, and push for progress in wages, working conditions, and safety on the job.
If you do not currently hold entitlements you will be unable to vote. Please e-mail your BUP if you aren’t sure and we can confirm if you hold entitlements. If you do not we can send you an electronic registration form that is very easily filled out through AdobeSign.
If you have recently moved or your address has changed at any point since becoming an ONA member please let your BUP know and we will ensure your correct address is on file as the voting packages with your voting PIN will come out to you via mail. If ONA does not have the correct address you won’t receive the voting info.
We are pretty sure our fellow ONA55 member, Erin Ariss, will be running for President for another term and we would love for ONA55 to show her our support by ensuring she gets our votes! She’s been doing an incredible job in the short time she’s been president!
