Hello Everyone
As you are aware from recent updates Patric Malinski is now the Bargaining Unit President. Patric was the Vice President and now the role is vacant. If anyone is interested Please fill out the Expression of Interest Form to myself , due Feb 3 at 1600h.
What the role entails:
-Prepping for Workload committee also known Hospital Association Committee
-responding to members on workloads
-resolving workloads with members and employer at meetings
Sharing the workload for Return to Work Meetings, grievance committee, attending investigation meetings, joint health and safety meeting attendance, and scheduling committee with the Bargaining Unit President
These are just a small window into the role on top of the duties attendance to ONA central conferences and meetings are to be attended as well
